Fitness is more than what you do… it’s a way of life. As a Fitness Enthusiast, I enjoy not only working out by myself but with others! Group fitness classes are awesome because you are inspired by multiple people to be your very best and you collectively achieve a work out together. This is an eight week outdoor fitness class that will increase strength, cardio, and vitamin D. These classes are filled with cardio and resistance training while strengthening bones and improving your balance. Starting July 9 – August 27.

BOOT CAMP
WE ARE GOING OUTDOORS! Come join us for some total body experience while social distancing! All you will need is your yoga mat! This complete circuit training is filled with cardio and strength training exercising that is sure to get your heart pumping while enjoying the wonderful sunshine. Class begins at 6:30 pm on Thursdays and we will be meeting behind the art museum.

2-5MILE FITNESS
We all know the power of walking and its benefits of improving our mood, strengthening our bones, and maintain a healthy weight. This dynamic walk will include circuit and resistance training while achieving our goal of either 2-5 miles. This class will range between 60-90mins long depending on the week to challenge our mile goals while maintaining social distancing. Bring your friend, bring some headphones and bring good energy. Ankle weights is optional. Class begins at 6:30 pm on Fridays and we will be meeting by the Schuylkill River Banks begin our walk on MLK drive.


If classes are cancelled due to weather, there will be a make-up classes on Sat or Sunday at 12pm
