Fitness

Fitness is more than what you do… it’s a way of life. As a Fitness Enthusiast, I find it important to not only look for a space to get a workout in, but a community, where I have the opportunity to both exercise on my own and with others! Group fitness classes are awesome because you are inspired by multiple people to be your very best and you collectively achieve a work out together. I partake in many different styles of fitness including cardio, lifting, HIIT, Zumba™, and cycling.

Fitness has held many benefits for me that I’ve taken the steps to becoming both an American Aerobics Association International (AAAI) certified personal trainer and a Certified SPIN™ Instructor. I wanted to be able to share the joy I gain from exercising with many others around me and create a positive community for anyone to be a part of.
